1. Agreement to Terms

9. Service Availability

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will provide you with a reasonable opportunity (up to 30 days) to export your data. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
